Hypnotherapy is a focused approach to access the unconscious mind - the part of us where beliefs, habits, physical pain, patterns, and unresolved wounds live. Unlike stage hypnosis and common stereotypes, hypnotherapy is a deeply collaborative and client-led experience, grounded in relaxation and heightened inner awareness.
We're typically so busy, we don't allow the space to truly be with ourselves. For some, this may sound scary. For others, they long for it.
The unconscious mind is very dream-like. It communicates using metaphors. It's only scary if you don't understand it. I'll help you befriend it.
Is it right for me?
Hypnotherapy is offered as a trauma-informed, experiential method to support emotional healing and insight. It is not a substitute for medical or psychiatric care and is always provided with informed consent. It is complementary to psychotherapy.
