Valor Healing LLC may communicate with clients and prospective clients via SMS/text messaging, email, or other digital messaging platforms as part of our client care and administrative operations. By engaging in such communication, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms, in accordance with applicable Florida laws and federal regulations.

1. Messaging Terms and Conditions

a. Consent to Receive Messages
By providing your mobile phone number or email address to Valor Healing LLC, you consent to receive messages such as appointment reminders, scheduling updates, billing notices, wellness check-ins, and limited informational messages related to services.

b. Frequency of Messages
Message frequency will vary based on your interactions with our practice. Typically, you may receive 1–4 messages per month, unless otherwise discussed.

c. Message and Data Rates May Apply
Standard message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. Valor Healing LLC is not responsible for any fees incurred due to messaging or data use.

d. Opt-Out Option

Your mobile number is used solely by Valor Healing LLC for communication as described above. We do not sell, rent, or share your contact information with third parties. All policies are followed as per CTIA guidelines 5.2.1.

We may collect information, such as name, phone number, and email address.

Use of information collected:
We may use the information we collect to perform the services requested including billing, customer service, appointment reminders and other administrative requests.

Sharing of information collected:
We may share information we collect with payment processors, legal authorities, partners so that these service providers can perform their normal duties. We do not share, sell, rent, or trade any information provided with third parties for promotional purposes.

As a current or prospective customer, you understand that you can text us STOP at any time to opt out of receiving SMS text messages from us. You can text us HELP at any time to receive help.
You understand that the messaging frequency may vary. Messaging & data rates may apply.
Your mobile information will not be shared with any third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All policies are followed as per CTIA guidelines 5.2.1. At any time if you want your information to be removed, you can contact us via our email address or regular mail.

b. Data Collection and Storage
All personal data transmitted via messaging is handled in accordance with Florida state law and HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) standards. Valor Healing LLC stores such data securely and limits access to authorized personnel only.

c. Security & Liability
While we strive to protect your information, mobile messaging presents some inherent security risks. Valor Healing LLC is not liable for unauthorized access or disclosure of information transmitted through text or email.

3. Emergency Communications

Text and email should never be used for emergency situations.
